AI analysis is a starting point. Our team reviews the output before sending you a report. If the bill quality is poor or the AI misreads something, we'll ask you to clarify before proceeding.

Home insurance, car insurance, health insurance, and home loans are on our roadmap and will be added in future.
Yes โ Pockifi is available Australia-wide. Energy markets vary by state so the providers and deals we find will differ depending on your location, but the service itself works everywhere in Australia.
Note that energy deregulation means more provider choice in VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and ACT. WA, TAS and NT have more limited markets but we still cover them.

For the annual plan at $197, that means we need to identify at least $591 in savings across your covered bills over the year. The guarantee applies across all your covered bills combined โ not per individual bill.
To qualify for the guarantee you need: a minimum of two covered utility bills active throughout the year, and 4 complete quarterly reviews conducted. If you join partway through a quarter, your first full quarter starts at the beginning of the next complete quarter โ so you always get 4 genuine full reviews, not partial ones.

Annual memberships: a 10 business day cooling off period applies from your payment date. If you cancel within this period, you receive a full refund. After the cooling off period, the annual fee is non-refundable but your membership remains active until the end of the 12-month period and future renewals are cancelled.
Monthly memberships: cancel anytime with no penalty. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
We send your first personalised savings report within 24 hours of receiving your bill documents. After that, quarterly reports are sent every 3 months from your sign-up date.
If we find nothing better than your current deal, we'll confirm that in writing too โ so you know we checked.
Yes โ and we take solar seriously. When you sign up for Shield you can indicate you have solar panels. We flag your account accordingly and never recommend a plan that doesn't honour your feed-in tariff (FIT).
This is one of the most common mistakes people make when switching energy providers โ they end up on a plan with a lower or zero feed-in tariff and lose money. We specifically check for this every time.

Yes. A Pockifi Shield membership makes a practical gift for a birthday, Christmas, housewarming or any occasion. The recipient gets a full year of quarterly savings reports and the 300% money-back guarantee โ all in their name, at their property.
To set up a gift membership, email us at hello@pockifi.com.au with the recipient's name, email address and their property address. We'll arrange the membership and send them a welcome email on your behalf. Annual gift memberships are $197 and monthly are $19.

No. If a new bill arrives between your quarterly reviews, simply forward it to hello@pockifi.com.au and we'll check it straight away. You don't need to wait for the next quarterly cycle.
The quarterly review is a minimum โ we check all your covered bills every 3 months automatically. But if your provider updates their rates or a new deal appears, forwarding your latest bill gets it checked immediately.
Each Shield membership covers one property โ the address you provide when signing up. If you want to cover a second property such as a rental or investment property, a separate membership is required for that address.
Each property gets its own quarterly reviews, its own savings reports, and its own 300% guarantee. To add a second property, sign up again at pockifi.com.au/shield using the second address.
You are only charged after you have received your personalised savings report and chosen to proceed with Shield membership. We never charge you before you've seen your numbers.
Once you pay, Stripe (our payment processor) sends you an automatic receipt via email. For annual memberships, Stripe will charge your card automatically at the 12-month renewal. For monthly, it charges on the same date each month.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Klarna are also available at checkout.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe โ Pockifi never stores your card details.
Email us at hello@pockifi.com.au straight away. Include the amount and date of the charge and we'll look into it within 1 business day.
Annual Shield memberships renew automatically after 12 months. You will receive a renewal reminder email from Stripe 7 days before the charge. If you missed it and did not want to renew, email us and we will sort it out fairly.
This is important and we always check for it. When we send your savings report, we'll flag if you appear to be in a lock-in contract and advise you to confirm with your provider before switching.
It depends on your contract type. If you are on a month-to-month or no lock-in plan, there are no exit fees and you can switch at any time. If you are on a fixed-term contract, your provider may charge an early termination fee if you leave before the contract ends.
For mobile and NBN โ many plans are no-contract, but some include a handset or modem repayment plan. If you switch early you may need to pay out the remaining device balance. Always check with your provider first. We will flag this in your report if we spot it on your bill.
Either way, your physical power supply is never interrupted when switching energy retailers. Only the billing company changes.
Always call your current provider first and ask: "Is there any exit fee or device payout if I switch today?" Armed with that answer, the decision is much clearer.
Provider pricing can change. If a deal in your report is no longer available by the time you call, let us know at hello@pockifi.com.au and we'll research the current best available deal for you straight away.
This is rare โ most plan prices are stable for weeks or months โ but it does happen and we'll always make it right.
We'll tell you clearly and honestly. You'll receive a "No Better Deal" report confirming we checked every available provider and your current plan is competitive.
This is actually valuable information โ it means you don't need to do anything and you're not losing money. We'll check again next quarter in case the market changes.
โ We never tell you to switch when it's not worth it. Your trust is more important than a referral fee.
For electricity and gas โ no interruption at all. The physical wires and pipes don't change. Only the billing company changes. Your power and gas stay on continuously.
For NBN โ if you're switching within the same connection type (e.g. FTTP to FTTP) there's typically a brief transfer window but your connection stays active. Your new provider manages this. If you're upgrading from FTTC or FTTN to FTTP, a technician visit is required โ this takes 2-4 weeks but your old service stays live until the new one is confirmed.
For mobile โ your number transfers automatically in most cases within 1-2 business days. You may experience a brief period without service during the transfer.
Every saving figure in your Pockifi report is calculated from your actual bill data โ your real usage, your real current rate, and the real advertised rate of the alternative plan. We only show numbers we can defend.
The saving is an annual estimate based on your current usage pattern continuing. If your usage changes significantly (moving house, adding appliances, changing habits), the actual saving may differ.
We never use industry average figures or estimates in your personal report. Those are only used in general website statistics with clear sourcing.
Your bill documents are used exclusively to research better deals for you. We extract the relevant details (provider, plan, usage, rates) and use those to run our comparison.
We never sell your data, never share it with providers without your knowledge, and never use it for marketing purposes. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Yes. We use AI tools to help extract information from your uploaded bill documents. This is faster and more accurate than manual entry and allows us to produce your personalised report quickly.
Your bill data may be processed by AI systems including Anthropic's Claude. This is disclosed in our Terms of Service. These AI systems are bound by confidentiality and do not store or train on your personal data.

Yes โ under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Email hello@pockifi.com.au with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and we'll process it within 30 days.
Note that some data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes as required by Australian law.
